the location was central, very close to the bts station. my room had a large window offering city views. daily cleaning provided fresh towels and replenished water bottles.

the gym equipment is somewhat outdated.

Check-in was simple. the front desk staff are helpful and very friendly. the room was clean, the shower features very hot water with strong pressure. the coffee station located in the lobby each morning is a great idea. It has the added bonus of actually good coffee.

the wifi was not stable, i had to reconnect frequently.

The staff was always available and responded quickly to requests. private taxi service is available. It utilizes a modern toyota camry sized vehicle. it is well looked after and clean, so i appreciated it.
